On behalf of the entire Telemedia staff, we’d like to take this opportunity to welcome you as a new customer. We are thrilled to welcome you as a new member of the Telemedia family! As a member-owned cooperative our mission is to bring you the highest quality service and support at the lowest price possible.
Starlight customers, we are now accepting new connection paperwork and your pre-payments for customers who are within the Grant Area. If you are not sure if you are inside the grant area, please call us to determine before completing and sending in your documentation.
Once your paperwork is completed and entered into our software a customer service representative will reach out to you with your account information. A prepayment of the $10 membership fee plus the amount of your first month’s payment will be due. This will get you all set up and get you on our construction list to have a service drop put to your house.
After the drops, our next contact with you will be to schedule an appointment for your actual installation of service.
The forms that are listed below will need to be completed in order for us to get you signed up for our service offerings. The forms can be downloaded and completed and brought by the office or you can complete them right here, right now, online. You will need to send a picture of your valid, not expired driver’s license, so please have that ready! If you need assistance with completing these forms, please do not hesitate to contact us at 812.967.3171.
