IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE
We will be happy to assist you with any problems you may have in regard to our company. If we are unable to solve your problem, ask for a supervisor or e-mail us at customer.service@telemedia.coop. If you are still not satisfied, you have the right to file a formal or informal complaint with the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission.

INTERRUPTION OF TELEPHONE SERVICE
If you are unable to make or receive calls due to problems with our telephone network and are without service for more than 24 hours after reporting it, you may be entitled to a credit on your next bill for the local telephone service charge. No other liability shall, in any case, be attached to Tele-Media Solutions due to interruption(s) of service.
EMPLOYEE IDENTIFICATION
Most of our employees will be in uniform and carry a photo ID. Feel free to ask for identification.
TELEPHONE DIRECTORY
We strive to publish an accurate Directory. However, errors do occur and should be reported promptly. We are not liable for damages resulting from directory errors except in cases where a specific charge has been made for the listing. Our liability for errors in listings is limited only to the charge for such listings.
EQUIPMENT PROTECTION
We provide normal telephone protections in accordance with state and federal standards. However, additional protection may be required for personal computers, data sets, faxes, etc. depending upon individual equipment requirements. We are not responsible for any damage to customer-owned equipment connected to company-provided facilities which may occur during severe weather. To prevent possible damage, you may wish to disconnect such equipment during severe weather.
