Email Discontinuation Notice

Effective May 4, 2020, all “mymail” email accounts will be discontinued. If your email address ends in “@mymail.coop” or “@wcrtc.net” then you will be affected by this change and need to set up a new email address with one of the many vendors that provide free email services.

Premium email services (such as Gmail, iCloud Mail and Outlook), are available at no cost and offer superior web clients, more space, and better tools than the current “mymail” system. Additionally, these services are portable, meaning you can keep your email address should you ever move out of the area or change providers.

If, after setting up your new email account, you need assistance with the process of moving your mymail content, please feel free to call us at 812-967-3171 (option 5) or visit our business office in Pekin. Additionally, if you rely heavily on your current mymail address for business or personal communications, we will gladly forward your current “mymail” email account to your new email address up until May 4, 2020. This should give you plenty of time to notify your friends and clients regarding your email address change. Please contact us if you wish to take advantage of this option.

We appreciate your cooperation and are happy to help you with this transition.
